Does anyone else think about how both Cosmo and Wanda had an absent respective father/ mother and now do anything to be as present as possible in Peris life because I do.

or how both of them being 2 halves of a whole idiot probably didn’t do good in school especially Cosmo and now make sure to be encouraging and helpful to Peri when he goes through school so he doesn’t have to feel bad for not getting an A or even a B.

I’m emotional about them.

this piece originally had Peri getting an A+ because based on the show he seemed like a straight A student. But I wanted to portray how proud his parents will be of his grades no matter what so he got a B-.

@micia-posts-stuff made the genius comparison between Dev and Damian from SpyxFamily that inspired this crossover! I’m all good for Dev and hazel getting along again in the season finale but..won’t be mad if they go along the Anya-Damian route starting next season (..hopefully if we GET one 😩😊✨)

Okay but Peri drawing a family portrait when he's small. He puts his all into it, uses his best crayons and paper. Taking his time to make sure that it's perfect with his childish scribbling and wobbly lines and bright colors. Once he finishes he flys clumsily around the castle, looking for a certain someone. He sees his dad, Cosmo and asks where this person is and is told to go find Wanda and he continues on. After searching he finally spots his mom who's talking to the person he's been looking for. Excitedly chirping out-

"Timy-! Timy-!"

Timmy and Wanda look up only for Peri to stumble into his beloved big brother, vibrating in excitement. Timmy smiles and asks Peri what's up, just as Cosmo comes into the room and joining Wanda's side. Curious about his youngest's excitement. Peri beams and holds out his drawing, proud and a bit shy. Timmy takes it and is immediately feeling his throat get tight. As he takes in his little brother's drawing of their family, with him and Peri holding hands and childish writing of "my bes frend!" staring back at him.

Timmy will deny it till the very end that he cried from how touched he was by his baby brother's gift. Even years later when his memories are gone, he's never gotten rid of the drawing. Not understanding what it's supposed to be, but deep within his heart being unable to part from it because he knows on some primal level that it's one of his most precious gifts. Despite the giver of it being nothing more than a fuzzy, unattenable dream.

I've been thinking about how weird Timmy probably decorates his house pretty weirdly as an adult.

He probably owns a lot of items in Pink, Green, and Purple. Pretty much everything in his house has these colors. From pillows, towels, furniture, there is hardly anything that isn't pink, green, purple.

His home design aesthetics are probably really reminiscent of Fairy World too. With it being this whimsical multi-colored medieval-esque design.

People probably ask him why he decorates his home so strangely, and he shrugs and says that it reminds him of his home growing up. Which leads people to questions about what his life was like growing up that they don't ask, because the way Timmy responds seems so sad.

What probably is the most striking is he has this large aquarium with multiple tanks and multiple fish. It probably started out with a couple goldfish, because he thought about how much he missed the goldfish he had when he was a kid, and quickly evolved into having multiple different fish of all kinds in different tanks.

Anyway, I was watching the show while writing this. When I noticed the star painting above Timmy's bed, and thought about what if he had a very similar one with four stars.

A large pink one and a large green one standing above two smaller purple and pink stars. Like he stumbled across it at some art gallery or Homegoods store and it spoke so deeply to him, even though he can't articulate why.

But he buys it and places it above his bed just like the one he used to have. Looking at it every morning when he wakes up and every night when it goes to sleep. Feeling an ache in his heart that he isn't sure why.

Cosmo being the car, because Timmy's parents won't let him borrow theirs and because Cosmo is far safer than any other car on the road. Wanda making sure Timmy stays focused on checking his mirrors and looking over his shoulder and using his turn signal always. Cosmo and Wanda staying up after they put Poof to bed and pouring over human driving manuals to be absolutely sure they're teaching Timmy the right stuff, because if his birth parents aren't going to step up then they sure as shit will.

Just, Timmy's teenage years. Reaching these important milestones. Cosmo and Wanda documenting every step in their scrapbooks knowing full well that they're preparing Timmy for a life they'll never get to see him live.
